Be an Exhibitor


Exhibitors must produce or distribute goods that are fermented at some point. This involves a wide range of foods and beverages including yoghurt to salami to bread to coffee to wine and so much more. We are wanting to really show off as many facets of fermentation - so the more range, the better!


The show will attract a broad audience but market research has shown that our audience will be affluent buyers in the 25-50 year old group and with a female skew. The event will be focusing, in its advertising, to reach a real working-family and working professional demographic.


This is a festival run by a small business so we respect and understand other small businesses out there don't always have the budget to able to come to a big expo like this so we have crafted our pricing to work in your budget with flexible payment plans so that you can be a part of this new and exciting food & beverage festival!

Exhibition stands vary in sizes and pricing and will start from just $450 + GST for the two days. We also have options for producers that would like to become named sponsors or partners.

You will also be given additional brand promotion options from focused or targeted ads in the event's brochure or in a hands-on approach by hosting workshops and tastings. Please note that producers that take stands will be offered discounts if they host workshops and/or tastings of their products.
