Things are moving along!

We are so happy and proud that Ferment! Festival is really coming along well. The team and myself at Fermenting Productions Ltd are working like busy little bees getting more and more exhibitors coming along.

Ferment! Festival is a brand new food and beverage festival for Auckland, nay New Zealand, whereby the artisan producers come first and we are only letting in the smaller producers.

We have enlisted the help of some leading and respected experts to run our workshops (which are very important to me as the director of the festival). These include Meg Abbott-Walker DipWSET to run our wine masterclasses, Luke from The Chocolate Bar to run our Chocolate tastings, Luke from Beer Jerk to run a sour beer as well as working with Luke to do the Chocolate and Beer tastings. We've got the lovely Hannah Miller, the Lady Butcher, to do our cured meat classes, James Thomas from NZ Cheese to do our cheese class.

Some excellent producers are already signing on and we look forward to getting more on board in the new year.

Tickets are already selling for classes - so we recommend that you get in soon!
