I remember when I had the very first thought to host Ferment! Festival it was actually over a year ago. It seemed like a great idea at the time but things got busy and it never happened until about mid August and I decided now was the time! I got calling up everyone I knew and many people I didn't know to be a part of what is now a truly amazing event.

The dream was to create an event where artisans, and only artisans, could come along to show off their amazing stories and products in one room all united by one thing: fermentation. Naturally that brings together some of the best foods and beverages known to man from cheese to chocolate to bread to kombucha to sake to wine to yoghurt to salami and so much more!

I'm thrilled to announce a pretty decent list of exhibitors so far (with many more in the wings which we will announce at a later date). Here we go:
